Hong Kong is getting excited to welcomeathletes from across the world for the first Arnold Classic Asia Multi-Sport Festival, 19-21 August 2016. The first festival of its kind in the region and is a celebration of sports, fitness and health that brings families, professionals, amateurs and enthusiasts together. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with over 20 sports through competitions, demonstrations, and try-outs.Thousands of athletes and over hundreds of health and fitness brands will be all under one roof in aspace that reaches over 22,000 square metres – almost the size of three rugby fields.
The world’s largest multi-sport festival will give the community a chance to experience the health and fitness industry in a way the city has never seen before. During the two-days, participants will be able to watch elite athletes and world champion level competitions including strongman, arm wrestling, body building, and pole fitness. They will be able to join in competitions such as crossfit, weightlifting, fencing, chess, rubik’s cube, pole fitness, strongman and bodybuilding. Demonstrations to look forward to include skate boarding, jump rope, krav maga, judo, and other forms of martial arts, dance sports, table tennis, street workout, cirque and more.
